As a new team member

We are looking for a new and talented shop assistant to join our engaged and hard working team. What you will be doing in this role

Job Description

● Meet and greet customers, act as frontline support to customers, answer customer enquiries, provide sales support, customer service etc.
● Support shop daily operation and maintain visual merchandise displays to align with brand guidelines
● Execute stock replenishment (pack and unpack merchandises)
● Move stocks and stock check - follow up with transfer and delivery arrangement
● Assist with other ad-hoc duties as assigned
● Assist shop manager to handle stock arrangement and coordination

Qualification
● Form 5 or above
● With 1 year or above of retail experience
● Basic computing skills
● Energetic, self-motivated, hard-working, organized, and good communication skill
● Knowledge in POS or computing system is preferable
● Knowledge in Social Media is preferable
● Good command of Cantonese, English, and Mandarin

需求條件
● 中五/DSE畢業;
● 一年或以上零售工作經驗
● 具中、英文溝通能力
● 懂得電腦運作
● 良好溝通技巧 、待人有禮 、具團隊精神;
● 對零售及服務性行業有濃厚興趣。

時數: 每星期工作 3-4 天
(視乎經驗、上班日子及時間而定)
即時上班較佳
