✨Purpose of the job:
TBA HK is transforming to help lead the Pico group in Integrated Marketing Communications. The strategist / planner is responsible for planning, defining and implementing the creative brief for all campaigns / projects. He / She will provide projects with strategic direction and define guidelines from which the creative team can work their magic. Supports the development and execution of offline / traditional, digital, and paid social advertising programmes for the IM business for clients.
✨Roles & Responsibilities:
-Develop ideas and pinpoint business problems
-Develop insights for regional accounts in Tech / Beauty-Analyse and interpreting a variety of information
-Manage qualitative and quantitative research
-Keeping up-to-date with cultural / social trends and customers views and attitudes
-Making Presentations to clients and agency staff
-Evaluating campaign effectiveness
-Degree in Marketing / Communications / Advertising preferred
-Minimum of 2years of related working experience in marketing
-Ability to work under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
-Good interpersonal skills, multi-task and ability to follow-up
-Must be fluent in spoken and written English
-Ability to plan / write / present campaigns
-Effective analytical and organisational abilities
-Decent to Good understanding of BTL experiential / events
-Familiar with Google Suit
✨Good to have:
-Additional ability of 1 more language (Korean / Japanese / others) will be advantageous
-Candidates with at least 1years of experience in 4As agencies preferred
